Stacking Conditional Attacks Option (e.g. attack only here, and if no attack then attack only there)
Ultimately WarLight is designed to be a simple game, and I fear that this option would add too much complexity for the value it gives. Thanks for the suggestion, but it’s highly unlikely this will ever be added to WarLight.

I used to do this until I realized it doesn't work. I would do a transfer only to a spot, then attack later from the same spot with the same stack. My thought was if the transfer didn't happen, the armies should still be available for use in another move, right? Well, the 2nd move won't happen even if the transfer never does. That seems odd to me.

I think this could become very tedious trying to guess every eventuality and putting them in your orders :(
it would make turns take a lot longer, and take away a lot of the predicting/guessing strategies -

I am with Mian, that this could be done, but it shouldn't be a default setting

If I understand this correctly, I've thought that this is a much needed enhancement - being able to attack elsewhere, if an "attack only" attack does not occur. 3 votes.

I wouldn't say this is a bad idea, though I may suggest this would open a totally different analysis of the game, even without multi-attack. Technically you'd allow a given troop to act potentially on 2 or more different places, giving you locally at least double the influence your stacks would usually have. Moving actions are not the only aspect of analysis. As an option, fine. As default, please don't...

I agree Duke..
I have often messed up in games with MA doing things like this...attacking along a path, and then setting it to do a Conditional MA to someplace i wanted if my other MA path didn't get there, then continueing would end my path whether my first path managed to capture it or not, and i even set it up so both area's were set to move forward in an alternate path just in case.. my few attempts at advanced type MA paths tend to end up dissapointing due to the 'fix' of this feature.

This was the way WL worked until the last upgrade, so presumable adding it as an option would not be too difficult. I like the option of making more complex moves with my armies and so do some of the other players. This would not be the default option, but would allow players who like a slightly more complicated game to play that way.
