Revamp Community Levels
What:
Make winning conditions for levels
Winning Conditions could be holding onto Provinces X, Y and/or Z for W turns, taking Provinces X, Y and/or Z and holding them for W turns, having a higher income in X turns or have army count of opponent less than Y armies, or just having standard victory conditions. Multiple victory conditions can be activated such that the conditions do not conflict.
Why: When playing historical scenarios, it helps if you have the same goals as the people who had to historically manage the situation. Also, it provides more variety in levels.
This would be a great addition to the community levels.
