MORAL CARD : BOOST OR DECREASE THE ATTACK OR DEFENCE KILL RATE OF A SELECTED PLAYER
(added feature) GIFT CARD : it should be possible to gift a whole bonus or all places you own within one bonus to another player
(added feature) DIPLOMACY CARD : players should be enabled to play the DOPLOMACY CARD ON A PLAYER AND NEUTRAL ARMIES (so the selected player canonly attack another players territorries)
(added feature) REINFORCEMENT CARD :
a) BORDERALERT CARD : works like reinforcment card but increases your armis at each of your borders
b) instead of getting the set amount of armies from the reinforcement card you can choose to get tripple that (or any other set percentage maybe even a range of percentage like from 0% to 300 %) of the armies you would get from normal usage but randomly distributed over you places
now to the other features :
TEAM SHUFFLE:
it should be possible to choose a setting that in which you can determine a fix turn lke every 10 turns or in turn 15 in which the teams are randomly reassigned

i suggest to put this idea on the forum for people to comment and work the idea(s) out more

-reassigning teams would mean almost pure luck games and would discourage team work (the stronger you are personally the more chance you have of winning)
-borderalert card = insignificant or overpowered, you have so many borders that either it would be divided so thinly it'd be useless or it'd give a ton of armies and make you invincible
-randomly distributed armies are cool, i like that idea :)
-diplomacy against neutral would be too strong. no spreading for a full turn is kinda overpowered
-morale card could be interesting, very good idea
-to gift whole bonuses all you need to do is give everyone 500 gift cards at the start of the game, so its useless.
