Encirclement
The idea of this would be an option that during a game a player would choose a territory of his own to be a "supply" territory. Any territory linked to this would be able to have armies deployed in it. Territories not directly linked to this territory would be able to receive armies based on the concept that: If territory A is a "supply" territory and territory B is directly linked to it and territory C is linked to B, C can still have armies deployed in it. This can go on for unlimited distance as long as it traces back to the "supply" territory. Any territories not linked this way would be classed as encircled a are unable to receive armies. This would make it possible for player to "cut off" enemy areas and easily conquer them.

Interesting idea, but does it really need its own setting? I would suggest inviting trustworthy players and stating the rules on the "personal message from host section". That's how most special rules game on warlight work.
