  1. Tactical Airlift

    This is a potential option to add to existing airlift parameters (like how long a diplomacy lasts etc.)

    The card setting would allow airlifts to be scheduled just like other orders during the turn.

    If the target territory has been captured during the turn, all troops are lost. If the airlifting troops are eliminated before the card is activated, then card is lost.

    Another idea for "tactical capability activation" could be the compounding of cards (save them up). So playing whatever number of cards together allows the option. But, this way, you are less sure if the enemy currently has…

  6. A Navy Card

    Often, in warlight, attacks happen across bodies of water. In order to make it more realistic, you should only be able to attack across water if you have some kind of navy, possibly by obtaining some sort of navy card in some way. How I speculate a setting like this could be put into the game is that a new setting is added to map design, which would allow map creators to decide which connections would be maritime. Then, when creating a game, one could turn the card on or off. It would be entirely optional. This would certainly change…

  7. Search Function for Mail

    When I'm trying to mail someone or multiple people and im searching for them, it takes a really long time and I usually don't find everyone im looking for. It would be really useful if you could just search the names of the people you want to mail.

  8. Improved Team Reinforcements

    Either allow for individual team members to have their own cards (based on their own merits) , divide the reinforcements equally between all members, or allow players to choose how to divide the reinforcements.

  10. Have "your created maps" as a map category for choosing maps.

    If you made a map, instead of favoriting it to go back to it, have a category for the own maps you made, also so you can see the rating and feedback.

  11. reference for private notes

    i would like to see a reference in the nick name (a little symbol in subscript or something like that), when i made some private notes for this player ( playing abilities or behaviors ) to remind me that i have allready played against him and tried to analyse his habbits ...

  12. live turn by turn game information on Query game API

    RP guild are working on a victory points system. That means setting games whith a limited number of turns were the winner is not only defined by war but by different scores which show certain aspects that offer a deeper and roleplayable environment like polithics, economy, science or trade.

    This would be developed on an external website that would interact with warlight thru the different available APIs. At this moment, Query game API can feed every detail from a game, but only when the game is finished. This must be obviously like this because otherways would be an easy way…

  13. Instead of having adverts popup, why not use the negative space in the control panel?

    Instead of having the adverts pop up, you could just use the negative space in the control panel. This way players won't have to wait for them to load, or in some case not load but are still required to wait, to continuer their game.

  15. Invite list, sorted by clan

    Now that we have clans it would be great to be able to sort the invite list by "clan". That way we can find members of a clan easily.
    Until now we used "sort by name" but with the clan logos lots of people are not using the "clan tag" so that's not possible anymore.

  16. Airdrop Card

    The idea behind the airdrop card is similar to the Airlift card except that you can use it to attack enemy territories. This could be an over-powered card, so I would include two restrictions:

    1) You can only use the card to attack territories you can see (this includes spy, recon and surveillance cards).
    2) If you lose the attack, no armies are returned. The attacking force is either successful or wiped out completely.

    This has the potential to radically change the nature of some games so I would set it to unlock around level 30. It wouldn't fit well…

  18. Make PMs OFF the default for FFA games

    Too many games intended to be FFA devolve into some kind of diplo thing because the creator overlooked turning off PMs. Make OFF the default rather than ON

  20. A Bombard feature for map makers to use.

    For any number of scenarios from castle walls, airfields, and long range artillery. Players could attack down to neutral 0, but not take or use the territory from a distance.
