Offline Multiplayer Mode (for small local groups of friends)
Idea suggestion: add an offline multiplayer mode. It would work like this. You set the number of players and the map just like normal, but the host can assign names for each player. Gameplay works like normal, but as soon as you commit your orders, another button appears called "Hand to next player" and you press it after you commit your orders. Pressing it displays the map from a neutral (fogged) perspective so that no one sees the armies of other players. It then displays a list of all the players who haven't committed orders for that turn. You tap the name of the next player and they commit their orders, etc. When the last person finishes, it goes back to the Hand Off screen, and asks to proceed to the next turn. Then it progresses and the process starts over again.
Why don’t you set up your own LAN (local area network) or use Wi-Fi to play in a multiplayer way? Using the same device would take a long time for each player to make their won orders anyway.
