New Cards: Fortification, Air Supremacy, and Guerrilla Warfare.
So here are my ideas for cards that could bring a new sense of strategy to the game.
Fortification Card, this will raise the user's defense kill rate by 20% (Can be changed in settings)
Air Supremacy, is the exact same as the fortification card except it increases Offensive kill rate by how ever much.
Guerrilla Warfare, would "steal" a certain percentage of another player's income. But to keep this from overpowering the sanction card, it's recommended people keep the steal percentage low. But it's the players choice.
Sabotage, when played on another player, all they will be able to see is fog (Level of fog can be changed in settings) except any parts of the map they played a card to see like a spy card or recon card. Although this one maaay be OP but Idk.
