Add a hierarchical clan management system
Right now, there's only one built-in position within clans- "manager," which grants someone absolute control, even to the point of being able to dismiss other managers. This leads to a few issues:
- People have to place absolute trust in other managers when it comes to recruitment
- Clans are extremely vulnerable to hijacked or hijacker accounts (as all it takes is one person to destroy months or even years of recruitment and development)
- People can "steal" clans to get clans for free instead of actually paying for them
The quickest way to solve all these issues at once would be to simply add a hierarchical system- a position or set of positions between manager and regular member with varying abilities. One- say "officer"- would exist simply for recruitment and only be able to issue clan invitations. There could also be positions above that that are able to change player titles, clan information, or the clan image/tagline but not add or remove other managers. In addition, a position above manager could be created for the clan creator that would give them absolute authority in case the worst comes to pass. This way, there's increased security (and more people feeling comfortable investing in clans) and an incentive for people to create new clans when the creator goes in active instead of trying to set something up on the dead husk of an existing clan.

This definitely needs to happen.
