  2. More Purchasable Colors

    More special colors added into the game would be cool. See, I would like to purchase a special color only my friend is getting Tyrian purple, Mardi Gras looks exactly like Electric purple, Royal Blue is strongly similar to Light blue and smoky black is way too expensive

    Maybe if you added stuff like Jade Green, etc for 14$. up to 8 special colors would be great so that competitive players can all get their own individual colors that few people have. Also Silver and Gold would be nice for 20/30$. Like really rich, sparkly colors.

  4. Normal Elo for 1v1 Ladder

    The 1v1 ladder rating should be changed to a normal Elo rating.

    Bayesian Elo is frustrating for really everyone, the changes are absolutely not understandable, for example when you lose rating points when winning a game.
    Additionally, it encourages people to stall their game or forces them to end their ladder participation, because single losses drag them down too much.

    it would be great if we could search for popular templates that we like instead of just copy pasting their links
    sometimes i don't have it saved in my templates but i still want to play it

  8. Able to commit games that don't respect vacations while on vacation

    without ending the vacation.

    some tournaments do not respect vacation, which is totally fine not to drag games for too long - what is not ok is that, if you are on vacation, you need to commit those games if you don't want to get booted, but when you do, your vacation is over and you have to commit every other game too within an hour, which could be IMPOSSIBLE while on vacation with a very limited internet access.

    This extends to real time games and every other game in which you can be booted while being on vacation.

  11. Seeded private tournaments

    My proposal how it can work:
    - 25% of the tournament field would be seeded (for example 32 players in case of a 128 players tournament, or 16 players in case of a 64 players tourney, etc.)
    - If the tournament creator set the seeded option, then the invitation sending order will be important. So the first invited player will be the first seeded, the second will be the second seeded, etc. All invited players will have a seeded number but only the top 25% joined players will be seeded in the end (so if the first invited (=first seeded)…

  12. Update Clan Pages with more options

    I have several ideas for clan pages....

    1) List of all clans should be ordered by an average of points in the clan (perhaps ignoring those -2 standard deviations from mean to account for past members who have gone inactive). Total points encourages spam recruitment.

    2) Trophy Case on clan page - would list all Gold Trophies accumulated by the current clan members. This would go below the created date and above the free text area. OR, could be placed on left side under Logo and links.

    3) Member list ordered by clan leader manually. This would allow for leaders…

  13. Reserve team slot in tournament

    It would be nice to be able to reserve team spots in a tournament for clan mates or friends. There should be a way to reserve a team. It should go by the auto boot time, and if the slots are not filled in that amount of time, it would open them back up. People do not read the chats and just keep joining teams. There is SO much work into switching teams all the time just to get a clean slot for your friends to join.

  14. Quickmatch rating prereq

    Add a button where it allows you to set a minimum global rating that your opponent must have in order to be matched. Very often I get matched with players who are new to the game and this has several downsides.
    - I am not enjoying beating someone who doesn't understand the game (yet)
    I can't imagine them enjoying the way they loose without having a clue what they are doing wrong.

    A gliding scale where you slowly get better opponents as you are improving in the game should be the most pleasing learning experience.

  15. Reduce The Matchmaking Range

    Make the Ladder matchmaking range reduced so that ratings are more meaningful and so that gaming the ladder becomes less effective and less necessary to achieve a high, but well-earned rating.

  16. Allowing Open Seats for Testing Games

    Every map maker has the problem when they want to create a real-time test game. But because you can only invite people to play in Multipayer, you can't co-ordinate a real-time game. Allowing open seats in test games would change this. You could test the map, find out what you wanted to know and change the map immediately, straight afterwards without having to wait multiple days to test it.
    To distinguish the Test games from other Open Games, their Game Name could be highlighted Green with TESTING GAME written by the side.

  17. Multiple Map Makers For The Same Map

    Simply allow maps to be created by more than one person, this does not incorporate SVG creation but instead allows all the Warlight website stuff (connections, bonuses and territory names) to be done by more than one person.

    When the map is first created the SVG uploader would be able to add people who will help with the map making, their names will also appear in the 'by' section once the map is published.

    Only the original SVG uploader can upload new SVGs to it as well as change the maps name and description.

  18. attack neutral only

    As the name suggests, you could choose "attack neutrals only". This would of course be an additional option (like attack only, and transfer only). It's quite useful when there is crucial neutral territory you attacking in 1st order, but your enemy get it first.

  20. Card Market

    When creating a game players will have the option to enable the card market.

    The idea behind it is that players recieve coins (or some other type of currency) as they capture territory just like normal cards. These coins can be used in the cards menu to purchase cards.

    It can be used alongside the normal cards or games can be created that reward exclusively coins.

    This mechanic can also be very customisable, as players would have the option to:
    -Reward coins for every territory captured that turn.
