replacment invite

when a player is booted for whatever reason, the team has the option to invite someone to take over his place

    Especially good in multi-day games.

    Very good idea. That would stop players from booting just to get a cheap win. I would even go one step further and have games where players get booted simply be re-advertised on the open games tab for a limited period of time.
