highlight Commanders
The request is pretty simple, add an option to the highlight settings for if Commanders in the game are enabled just like the Local Deployment has already.

What do you mean?
I would like an indication when choosing countries for initial deployment that the first country you get will have your commander. Currently it's always a surprise that it's a commander game when the game starts. It's very annoying because my commander usually ends up in the wrong country.
