New local deployment feature is good. But I think it can be better if it accompanies with Multi-transfer, which works like supply lines. Transfers will be canceled if territories in your supply line get cut.
yes, to limit the possible abuse of infinite transfers to delay you can make it limited to a certain number of territories per turn
for example your army can move 5 spaces in your land per turn
i do not like this idea, the value of airlifts would be brought down, but if this was a option then i think if the troops that multi transferred their kill rate should be brought down
Definitely. I've had a few times in the past where the ridiculous amount of turns I had to do get my armies in the center of my territories to the front lines.

YES! this is much needed for Local Deployment games that use Multi Attack in addition to it.
I'd also like a "multi-transfer" option similar to the "multi-attack" option.
At present, Warlight allows you to play with the Risk-ism that armies can travel faster through enemy territory than friendly with multi-attack, but not the reverse, what is far more realistic. This feature would address that.
It should not be hard to make, because it is very similar to multi-attack.
