Swiss tournaments
The Swiss tournament is the ideal tournament format for large groups. The difference between a Round Robin and a Swiss tournament is that you will not have to play against every single person; instead, you will be placed against people with the same score. Swiss tournaments are thus a) more accurate than elimination tournaments, b) more enjoyable than elimination tournaments because you can still recover from an early loss and c) are able to accommodate more players than Round Robins. Please google if you you need more info on it. But really, though. I would LOVE to see this tournament format introduced to Warlight. As a semi-professional chess player who has hosted and competed in dozens of Swiss tournaments, I can assure of the quality of this format.

Hello!
Warzone just launched the Features Request Forum, which is replacing the old UserVoice forum! This offers a lot of improvements over UserVoice, such as the ability to see who is voting for each item and expiring votes from inactive players.
If you still care about this UserVoice item, please put your votes into it on the new Feature Request Forum at https://www.warzone.com/Forum/f12-Feature-Requests

If Fizzer wants an outline of exactly how Swiss tournament systems work, I can give a detailed summary of it, and do what I can to help implement this feature. I'm not a programmer, though.
