Make Attack Only option available on the 3v3 Ladder

There's no reason not to have the option to use it in 3v3 Ladder games. Maybe Fizzer just forgot to add it when he made the template?

    the same applies to "attack by percentage"

    yup, not sure why all ladders don't have all the advanced attack options on.

    This is a valuable part of strategic games. Although not used often, there are some situations when it is the only optimal move.
