Add option to make games that don't auto-start
The host can define a game that doesn't start until the host clicks the "start" button.
This feature already exists when playing the Flash version of Warzone, but the Unity app does not have this feature. This idea will add this feature to the Unity app just like the old Flash app had.

Can you please add the feature to reconnect to the game if you get disconnected?

I'm very disappointed to see this feature didn't carry over to Unity. If the last person invited to a game declines a game in custom distribution mode, it auto starts with a big empty slot where the last player declined. Not at all ideal for my custom scenario.

When there is a team game it would be vital to ensure that all teams are equal. Several I have played had one team with a player missing. Not sure what the down side would be.

This feature is esential. We had games with invided players. 2 random teams each 5 players. All have joined except the last one, who declined. Due to autostart, the teams got split into 4vs5.
With manual start I would have had the chance to invite another player.
