Movement over distances that takes time (more than 1 move)
I'd like to see an option to make certain moves (attacks or transfers) take more than 1 turn. Essentially, the units disappear from the source territory once the turn begins, and takes some # of turns to arrive at a target location.
The intent is to replicate space travel over vast distances without good communication. So effectively once you send 50 ships from planet A to B which takes 3 turns to arrive, you're committed and they will arrive in 3 turns.
Conversely, there are no 'paths' of allowable travel. You can always travel from 1 planet to any other planet - it just takes different times to get there based on the distance.
I think Warzone already has all features necessary for this except for the multiple turn movement functionality.
Did a search and found a similar request at the following link - but this was more a simple way to implement the same idea in the existing mechanics, whereas I'm asking for a new feature to handle the delay itself rather than building a map with makeshift territories to approach the same idea.
