Bounty on Commanders or defeating a player in multi-player games
Could be any or all of these as options:
1) Killing commander or defeating a player rewards victor w "X" additional armies next turn. (X could be set before game start)
2) Killing commander gives you all remaining territories of that player.
3) Killing comm/defeating player gives you their cards (like Risk)
