Why not default the checkboxes to OR? The only current option that uses AND is "Active games AND my state is playing." Maybe I'm misunderstanding, but how can your state be "playing" in an inactive game? So if checkboxes are all OR'd together, checking the "I am playing" box would duplicate that function. No functionality is lost, and quite a bit is gained.

If I'm wrong somehow, I'd still like to see an option for "Games where I am not eliminated or have unread chat messages."

I like this idea, but it should probably be 100 days or longer, since I think that's the longest possible boot setting. It's not quite fair to have joined a game with 100-day boot only to find out that you're actually autobooted at 30 or 45 or 60 days (even though that's still a long time).

It would also be nice if an account that was about to go active (say 7 or 10 days before the limit) was sent an email warning about it. And it's probably only fair to start the countdown when the change is implemented, even if a given account has already been inactive for longer than the limit.

If this is implemented, it'd be nice to have an option to turn it off. I often keep Warlight open in a background tab for those times when I have few spare minutes to play, and that's fine as long as it's not doing anything. But if it's constantly refreshing and slowing my browser down, that would not be fun. (Especially if it's combined with the who's-online idea, since it would show me as constantly online even though I'm really not.)
