  4. Discourage deliberate stalling in the 1v1 ladder by reducing boot time for the player who submits his turn last to 24hrs

    This would make it inconvenient for player, that leave for a long week end, and that don't have any time left in there vacation.. Personally I don't like the idea because unless your on warlight every day it would be intrusive to your life.

    I don't think making the moves for Ai would do any good, but maybe if you could suggest to the AI the gifting of one of his territory's in your bonus or an airlift, that might be nice.
