    You have left! (?) (thinking…)
How important is this to you?

Love this idea! I have been thinking about this exact thing for a while now and I have a few ideas of my own on how to make it EVEN better.
    1) right now, deployment orders are shown with a plus, and attacks/transfers are shown with an arrow. Just put numbers there instead. You would want the numbers to restart at 1 after the deployments.
    2) give players the ability to type in the order number directly. Pretty self explanatory. Would help in big games with lots of orders if you make a new order and want it to happen in the middle of your turn.
    3) if (2) is available, allow players to put in "ghost orders". You could also call them bookmarks. Say you have 25 orders that all need to happen fast, 50 orders that can happen anytime, and 10 orders that you want to happen at the end of your turn. Put a bookmark that you could label with a short message, like "fast orders" that would be order 25.5. And another named "slow orders" that would be 75.5. These orders wouldnt actually happen, they would just help you organise things. Also, if you added a move to your middle section, your ghost order would move down with all the rest and become 76.5.

Finally, you wouldnt necessarily label the order numbers in the history. In games where you dont know the move order, labeling those would make it easier to deduce it. Maybe make it a game setting you could toggle?
