Adding new filters to "Past Games" section
Dear Fizzer, would you be so kind as to do sth with "Past Games" section? It is totally user unfriendly. Whenever I want to analyze the game that has just ended, I need to spend(waste) hell lot of time in "Past Games" section to find it. Why? Because you have only allowed to sort past games by 1)their name 2) thier "Crated Date". Believe me or not, sometimes I just dont remember the exact name of past game so it is annoying (or impossible) to search it that way. The option to sort games according to thier creation date is even more ridiculous - when I finish the game that took numerous months and great number of turns I usually have no f... idea when exactly it has started. Usually only a slight clue that it was long long ago or recently (so I have to gues then wheather last summer would be on page 45 or mabe 68?). Thus searching for past games is very inefficient. What is more - sometimes I even dont realise that some games (usually those less interesting) have ended because finished games are simply moved to "Past Games" section (or they are rather "hidden" there) without any system communicates.
I propose then to implement revolutionary sytem of alligning past games acccording to their "Ended Date". therefore my latest games would allways be on page one (not 123 or 56 or 89 or 11)
You can now sort by Ended Date, and it displays this way by default!

one more hint from that thread (vey important imho) - "this end date should be aligned according to when particular game has ended for individual player that is serching for it (so if he was booted/eliminated in may 2013 and the game has ended in october 2013, his individual "End Date" for that game should be may 2013)"

damn, geat!!!!!!! Thx for all support! And thx fot Fizzer for such quick reaction!!!
at the end - can I just humbly point to connected with this idea forum thread where are somme additionall propositions connected with that issue? We proposed some additionall filters (likeno of turns, game type, number of players etc... ) and stuff (like proposition that all finished games could require to have thier summary be checked before being sent to "Past Games" section - although now, with the working "EndGames" filter this wont be so nescesarry as all recently finished games will be easy to find in "Past Games" section)

Perfectly agree both with
- the "end date" sort option (probably fairly easy to implement if the "end" timestamp is already in the games database: unsure of this actually) and/or
- games having 3 states: "active", "finished", "archived"; where the difference between "finished" and "archived" could be either "game report window checked", as already suggested, or even a deliberate action on the user part (aka a "archive this game" button in the menu or the such.Given all this, thanks Fizzer for the outrageous amount of work you have done in giving us such a niiiiice game!

ended date makes much more sense, usually I want to look at one that just ended recently

I especially need this. Since I'm running a CLOT, every game ever created by the CLOT shows up in my Past Games section, so it's essentially useless for me, since I have to wade through hundreds of games I'm not even playing in.

I could not agree more with Kain on this topic..it is impossible to locate games so I have been recalling a particular player in the game I want to review and using the see games we played together option in order to locate the games...either way Warlight is still the best entertainment I have had in years and I am proud to be an addict
