    This would probably be one of the best cards added (for diplo games). I can see so much more fun in diplo games.
    One of the main problems of it is the lack of excitement and players after the first ten or so turns. This card could help spice up diplo games (role play a collapse, puppet states, and ultimately provide a never ending supply of players for a never ending fun diplo game). I fully support this idea and Fizzer should definitely add it.
