I could be a ratio of army income. If one player has 3 x the income of the rest of the players they should be aware of how they are outnumbered. Perhaps this feature could even allow all the other players to see the dominating player's holdings when the dominating player has twice as much income as them. They could temporarily ally to fight him or her.
