see if a player is online
it would be nice to see if i am playing a person who is on the server, so, as i once experienced, during a quick game, you don't wait on a player to go until you guess they went offline.

Limit number of troops to deploy in a territory
Currently, each round, players can deploy all their troops in a single territory. It should be limited by number of allied neighboring countries. For instance, I have the control of France, Spain and Switzerland. I would like to deploy troops in France. The maximum number allowed is 1 + 2 neighbors = 3. This way the connected territories are supported more than single ones. Microprose's Risk II has this rule as well.

No notifications about messages in games you declined
I use filter "Games where it is my turn or you have unread chat messages".
I am invited to different games v. often but i decline like 30% of them. What turns me off is that i keep on seeing those notifications about "unread team chat messages" in games that i DO NOT PLAY. And caus I always read chat messages in games when it's my turn, i click on those games as well as I do want to have my game list "clear". Please do not notify players about games that they do not play in!3 votesI agree this is an issue with that filter option. You should probably vote for this item instead, as this one would give more flexibility to the filter options to let you filter them out:

Territories belonging to more than one bonus
Territories that belong to more than one bonus might more accurately reflect some situations in war, where to gain an advantage, both sets of armies need the same piece of land.
These would almost certainly become the foci of battles, but the associated bonus' could be increased to reflect the associated increased risk of invasion.3 votesHi Death from Above,
WarLight already supports territories belonging to more than one bonus.
In the map designer, when you have a territory selected, you can check the box next to each bonus that the territory belongs to.
Thanks for the suggestion!

12hr boot time
There needs to be something between 15m and 25hrs to make time banking usable for multiday games.
1 voteHi Braveheart,
You can select the “Custom” option in the boot drop-down, and enter any boot time you want, including 12 hours.

Online/Offline indicator by player's name
Allows other players to see whether a player is there or they have lost contact before booting

Players able to mark foggy territories with notes about opponents.
If start in several different parts of the map, and are eliminated from one of these places, you can mark the foggy territories with notes about who you were eliminated by to help estimate how powerful your enemies are.

Votes to end the game should expire
Votes to end the game should expire after a set number of turns. The reason for this is the following situation (which I have personally witnessed twice): two or more players vote to end at the beginning of the game, but the remaining players refuse to do so. Eventually, all non-voting players are eliminated, and although everyone has now invested hours or days playing this game (which may have advanced dozens of turns by now!), the game immediately ends, because the remaining players forgot that they had voted to end the game.
1 voteI’m not sure that I agree they should expire.
I understand you situation – players basically forgot that they voted to end. However, if votes expired, players could just as easily come back and have a valid complaint “I have to keep clicking the Vote To End every X turns since it keeps turning itself off, and I really want to VTE.”
I think a better solution is to display somewhere on the screen that you’ve voted to end, this way you don’t forget. Surrender needs this too.

Invite list filters and display last played game
in the profile it should say when the last game someone join/played in was. this would show who is active and who is not. This should also be a filter for the invite list. (the invite list needs many new filters by- 1- # games played together 2- "friends" 3- avg boot time 4- # games played 5- ranking if the ladder system is ever implemented
0 votesThe profile page already shows when someone is inactive (if they are inactive.)
Also, I’m removing this due to lack of interest (it’s at 0 votes)

Editor Map For WarLight
I mean a separate program for the game that includes all the options to create a map to warlight. They have to be to facilitate the creation of the earth and share its example. The program that is easy to use and is adapted to the game "Warlight" should have options to facilitate the setting of bonuses, etc.
6 votesWarLight already has a map editor. You can check it out by going to Help → How can I make my own map.
Original author didn’t respond to my request for clarification so I’m closing this one.

Easier Map Editor For WarLight
The program that is easy to use and is adapted to the game "Warlight" should have options to facilitate the setting of bonuses, etc.
3 votesUnfortunately this item is too vague to be actionable.
You say "The program that is easy to use and is adapted to the game “Warlight” should have options to facilitate the setting of bonuses, etc."
WarLight’s map designer already has options to facilitate the setting of bonuses. Therefore, I’m not sure exactly which step of the process you’re talking about making easier.

a flashing tab light instead of/in addition to the sound indicating that its your turn
this option would allow you to mute warlight but also add a flashing tab feature to your browser that would allow you to know when some activity has occurred in the game (a chat, a turn advance, etc....)
3 votesI agree this would be a useful feature, but unfortunately I don’t believe in-browser applications are capable of making the tab flash.

Comments on Black List
Could be useful, sometimes you don't care anymore about the reason you put them on or it is a thing only done by noobs and some time later you can put them down. There should also be an option to send this comment to the blacklisted, so that he can change his behaviour.
1 voteUse the Private Notes functionality to make notes of why you blacklisted a player.

An automatic e-mail to be sent when the turn ends
Instead of checking constantly to see if the turn has ended, I would just like an e-mail sent to me saying that the turn ended.
0 votesAs mentioned in the comments, WarLight already supports sending e-mails when a game advances.

Please elaborate on what exactly this means.
You might mean you want to filter what players join your game based on what language they speak.
Or, maybe you mean you want a filter that blanks out profanity.
Or maybe you mean something completely different. Please provide details :)

Auto-booting in Tournaments
Allows WarLight to boot players automatically after not making their turns for 5 x ’direct boot’ times in any Tournament. This will prevent stagnation of a Tournament if players stopped playing particular game, which is quite rude to other players who take part in that Tournament.
Example. Tournament: http://warlight.net/App.aspx?TournamentID=493
Game: http://warlight.net/App.aspx?GameID=10652486 votesThis item already exists under the title “Auto boot”
It’s best to not duplicate it, otherwise we’d end up splitting the votes.

Display the name of the player who used "direct boot" option.
Sometimes You want to add a boot happy player to Your black list.
3 votesThis was actually just added to the site very recently. If someone was booted after October 10th, it will show their name.

Ban List
Sometimes you dont like player so u dont wanna to play with him, ban list make he cant join to the game
3 votesHi Anseruin,
This sounds an awful lot like the black list that already exists.
Please check it out, and if there’s some difference between that and what you’re suggesting please clarify what that difference is.

Ranked Games Are A Bad Idea
Because If Anyone Has Created A New Profile Because Of Stupid Team Losses Or They Are A Newcomer Then He Won't Even Get A Game Straight Away Because All These People With Over 100 Wins Will Make Lots Of Options So Noobs Don't Join

Expand Action Step Option
If Skip To The End is used there should be an option to go back and view the last action one step at a time.
3 votesThis is already possible.
After pressing Skip to End, you can use the History button to go back and view the turn in as much detail as possible.
Also, another relevant feature is the “Select All” button which places you at the end of the turn with all orders revealed so you can click around them.
If these don’t cover what you meant, please be more specific on exactly what you’re expecting.
