  1. Quests, events, sharing and editing

    Quests: can be enabled by getting a quest card that tells you to take a special territory to later gain more armies, you customize the special territories that can be chosen for the cards yourself.

    Events: can be for example that your troops get stuck on a territory so that they can´t be moved for a certain amount of turns or that a percenatge of them gets stuck.

    Editing: To be able to edit incomes of territories during a game and to add armies to them if all players can see the editing and agrees to it any player can…

    • Improvement of Game Query API

      Currently, the only bonus information shown is ID, Name, Value, and Territory ID's, but Color is not shown. Bonus colors should be available in the API.
      Territory center points are also not found anywhere in the API. It would be nice to have those accessible as well.

      • Warlight Generals

        Like commanders, Generals are a single unit representing non-decreasing armies. However, there are a few differences:

        1. The General would be obtained by card piece. The player would then select the territory where the general would be placed. This would make a game interesting, as this can make or break a game.

        2. The General would represent a customizable amount of armies. It could be 5, 7, or another amount of armies.

        3. If the General is eliminated, the game would continue, so losing players would not play on in a losing position knowing they can win simply by killing…

        • Display Turn Requirements for Stars

          In single player, make it easier to figure out how many turns you need to make it under to get stars. I've looked all over for a definitive number on each level. I've seen examples of players getting stars on every level, but it would be much better to know what goal number of turns I should set myself to get those stars.

          • Random income territories

            The number of army income of a territory would be replaced with a question mark. The number of army income is random and in settings there will be the feature for setting max and min for the number to be generated. Sorry for bad english :)

            • Allow players waiting for "Join or Decline" to get removed by any player.

              When players use the "Rematch" feature it brings along the other players with a "waiting for join or decline" status. Many times, particularly in the big FFA games, someone will start a game with fewer players than necessary (like play with 4 instead of 10). Then after that game, they hit rematch to start a new game. The new game will fill with other new players but typically there will be a couple of "waiting for join or decline" players, who are not paying attention. The host isn't paying attention either, just waiting for the chime.

                Pokemon Go is well accepted game by all and the Pokecoins(similar to Warlight Coins) can be bought through money or collected in game(capturing Poke-Gyms). The levels needed to capture the Gym is higher and all players have equal chances of capturing a Gym(it is divided into 3 teams over-all).

                But in Warlight, now the Warlight coins can only be bought or won through some special events-as the 100 coin gift is not happening now. Why can't we gain coins for watching the advertisements or advertisement clicks? A…

                • Templates should be shown for finished RT ladder games

                  The "Recently Finished Games" list on the real-time ladder page gives the links to the games and shows only who played with whom, who won, and the date of the games.

                  It should also show the template of the game.

                  If I want to check a game played on a certain template (you know, to see how people play on that particular template), there should be a way to find an exemplary game, other than "click the link to see if it was played on that template - if not, try the next game".

                      • recreate practice game from specific point in history of a finished game

                        would be useful to have a way to recreate a game with the settings and distribution of a specific turn of a previously finished game.

                        this would be useful for single player puzzle games where you keep having to redo dozens of turns to try something different. and also on multiplayer games for post game analysis and discussion.

                          I have played a lot of diplomacy games in my Warlight career and so many times after waiting hours for the game to fill up, one player ends up getting booted and creates a power vacuum.

                          My suggestion is that just before the game starts a pop-up box displays asking if you are ready to start the game. It basically works like a boot timer, which can be customized by the host.

                            As the primary mod creator, I would like to see the games, with my mod cause I am interested in the number of games played with my mod and the settings combination with this Mod. I know it's a low priority, but would be a better idea than causing an error with the game id at the end of the game.

                                Hello, Im fan and I call it best strategy game ever. This is even higher then Total War. Please, extend space for private msg from host, my idea with presidential elections does not fit (70% fitted, so just 30 more!)

                                  Due to the recent cases of low level trolling accounts on the forums (probably alts of someone) I think the that the players should only be able to make let's say 2 threads in 24h in each subforum, and maybe increase that limit as they level up to 3 threads at lv 20, 4 at lv 35 and 5 at lv 50. This way we could prevent future mass spamming of the forums (I have already seen 3 accouts doing that in the past 2 months.)

                                    Every turn I use the history menu to get information, I think it would be good function to add editor in the current window turn. For example to mark up, start positions and wastelands. In the editor it would also be helpful to mark what an opponent might have, where it can be and how big his bonus is. Normal I make these calculations in my head, so editor could help understand and more strategically approach the gameplay.

                                        When I go ahead and deploy a couple armies to attack a territory, I do that. However, when I go back later and want to deploy more to even out all of my borders, some have more deployed than others.

                                        I would like you to be able to click a button, and then type in how many more you want to add, instead of clicking a whole bunch of times, or having to add really big numbers, such as 2734 and 3498 then subtract other numbers to see how many more I need.

                                        • Bonus-Specific Local Deployment

                                          So we have this cool thing called local deployments, we also have a lot of cool maps with overlapping bonuses.

                                          Unfortunately, the two can only come together by turning a lot of the maps' bonuses to 0, so there are no overlapping ones.

                                          So my proposal is thus:
                                          Allow template creators to set specific bonuses as locally deployed, and others to contribute to the general pool, and that way overlapping bonuses can exist, with each territory only being allowed to be part of on locally deployed bonus.
